Left Fields' own sweet and smoked paprika is back!
We grow several varieties of peppers specifically to make our paprika. Boldog (a Hungarian variety) is dried and ground for the bright, aromatic and flavourful sweet paprika, while Feher Ozon and Alma are the primary peppers in our Smoked version. We smoke the peppers over cherry and plum wood before drying and grinding, to create an intensely smoky/sweet flavour. Once you've tasted the fresh paprika, you'll wonder why anyone bothers to sell anything else.
