Half-Crown Mild

3.8% ABV 18 IBU

An easy-drinking, mellow ale in the best pub tradition. Milds are meant for long music sessions, and ours is brewed particularly for the Roots and Blues Festival. Lots of dark caramel malts and our classic English Ale yeast combine for fruity, bready and malty flavours. Lots of mouthfeel and flavour in a light ale.

Helvetti Kyla - Finnish Sahti

5.2%ABV 0 IBU

This beer is something special: brewed with rye and fermented with fresh juniper branches, it’s crisp and sharp with aromas of pine, lemon and pepper, and a resinous lemony flavour. At only 5.4% ABV, it’s also right in line with our other very drinkable beers.

We rotate a long list of beers throughout the year. Some we come back to annually (more or less!), some are special occasion beers or ones we make only once in a fit of inspiration!

We also rotate our hoppy beers - look for the Insurrection IPA in summer and early fall, and a changing lineup of maltier beers like ESBs or Bitters throughout the winter.

Ask us about our current seasonal ales - if you don't see it on our store for pre-order, we likely don't currently have it. But we can always tell you what's next so you can sit in eager anticipation.

Growler Purchases:

Delivery/Pickup: We have 3 ways to get growlers: at the brewery, farmers markets or our drop off points. Select your option in the shipping point at checkout. Please see our Contact page for all the current details. We do not ship growlers to any other locations.

Order deadline: 3pm the day before

Empty Growlers: Empty growlers MUST be washed and have their caps removed (you can recycle them in metal recycling) or we will not accept them.

If you are returning empty growlers when you pick up your fresh ones, please enter one of the following discount codes on checkout:
