Tours and Tastings

We offer tours by appointment only on Friday and Saturday afternoons througout the summer, so give us a call or drop us a line and we'll set up a time for you! Please note that we are a draught-only brewery and do not bottle!

Where we are

The farm is located in the lush Shuswap region, just north of the Okanagan Valley in BC's interior. The area is rich in agricultural tradition, including hop-growing, and is central to much of BC. The Shuswap is famous for the Adams River Salmon Run, one of the largest spawns in North America, as well as for wonderful lake recreation and hiking trails. Local wineries include Larch Hills, Canada's most northerly winery. We are located between Salmon Arm and Kamloops, in a town called Sorrento. Sorrento is a lively community, with a great farmers market, lake access, and hiking trails, plus a renowned Bluegrass Festival every August. There's lots of great local B&Bs, plus camping and hotels. So you can see, there's lots to do besides drink our beer! Call us for an appointment and we'll give you directions to the farm.

Collectables

Crannóg Ales is a draught-only microbrewery.
For all collectors of beer memorabilia, please note that this means we do not have bottle labels! Likewise, we can't send you a bottle of our great beer wherever you are in the world - since we don't bottle. However, we would be happy to send you coasters, brochures, or other print material.

If you would like some of our beautiful artwork, send us a 5x8 self-addressed envelope along with $5 (US or CDN) for shipping and handling, and we'll send you stuff. We do not respond to email requests for bottle labels or other material we don't have - if you're really interested, send us your envelope!

T-Shirts

Our t-shirts are gorgeous! Send us a cheque or money order plus shipping and we'll send you yours! See the T-Shirt Order Form for more detailed pictures and pertinent information.

Backhand of God Shirt
Front of shirt has white knotwork on the left breast, back of shirt has Backhand of God design. Our most popular shirt! Please note that the design has changed slightly since its original incarnation in 2001, with better colour and new knotwork.
Organic cotton, short sleeve shirt

  Pooka Cherry Ale Shirt
Back says “Certified Organic: Because Natural means Nothing”, front shows Pooka image. The Pooka is an Irish shape-changer, known for appearing as a white horse and drowning those foolish enough to ride it. It is also, of course, our much sought-after seasonal Cherry Ale.

  Dingo Shirt
One of our favourite pieces of Brian's art, reconfigured as the world's subtlest beer shirt! Predator and prey spiral from the same point in a complex interlace.
Gildan Heavy cotton t-shirts, printed on the front only, short sleeve

  Green Lorry Shirt
This shirt is a tribute to Phillips' Brewing's original Blue Truck (now Blue Buck) Ale and their fight against a corporate giant whose name was kinda similar. This shirt features our own brewery delivery vehicle. Our 2008 fall seasonal ale was also called Green Lorry, and used all our own fresh fall harvest hops for outstanding aroma and pleasing bitterness.
Organic Cotton shirt, printed on the front only, short sleeve

  Cross/Wings Long Sleeve
The front of this shirt shows an adapted Celtic Cross, the back is a pair of wings. The sleeves sport white harps with knotwork in the vertical post. Brian liked the wings so much he adapted them to a full-back tattoo! The organic cotton and bamboo shirt is very light and tremendously soft, but very durable. We're in love with the fabric (and of course, the design!).

Hell's Kitchen short sleeve
Decorated on the front only, this shirt celebrates our Hell's Kitchen Irish potato ale. It's been around longer than the TV show or the restaurant – and has racked up the awards to prove its virtue. The shirt is organic cotton and bamboo, and does come with short sleeves, although Brian always rips them off. You can too. Also available in ladies cap sleeve.
