Left Fields sells organic hops rhizomes grown on our own farm and other local farms. We also bring in non-organic hops from the USA in varieties which are not available as organic. Rhizomes are available in spring, as soon as we can get our hands in the ground — dates vary depending on when spring happens.

Orders start in February every year, and rhizomes are shipped April-May.

Left Fields ships rhizomes within Canada only. If you are looking for rhizomes in the USA, please go to Freshops in Oregon.

Left Fields is BC Certified Organic, which means that our certification is valid within BC only. We do conform to the Canadian Organic Regime, under which all organizations claiming to be certified organic must be registered, but we have chosen not to undertake the extra paperwork of ISO certification.
